From South Florida, Barefoot Tony began his journey toward musicianship with a 13pc Pearl Export kit, a pair of sticks and a father who had been
playing for decades. At a very young age Barefoot Tony proved to be a natural upcoming drummer, surpassing his father in many ways and has been Influenced by the greats like John Bonham (Led Zeppelin), the late Vinnie Paul (Pantera), Lars Ulrich (Metallica) and several other rock n roll drummers.
In the early 2000's he found his style and his imagination best suited for originals, leading the backbone of the rhythm section to be noticed
by the readers of the Miami New Times, who voted the band "Best Original Rock Band" for two straight years. Barefoot Tony picked up a 6 string and bass guitar, leading him to personal recording and better creativity as a drummer.
Barefoot Tony took several years off, finding himself in southern Missouri where his desire to be creative and make music followed him. He sets a solid foundation and slides right into the Rock n Roll style Bootleg Riot puts on Modern Country, but only after sliding out of his shoes.
